• We do not collect your name, email address, contact lists, precise location data, or other information that can directly identify you.
• With your explicit permission, we may collect your devices Advertising Identifier (such as IDFA on Apple devices) for advertising attribution and performance analysis.

• To measure advertising effectiveness, user acquisition attribution, and promotional campaign performance.

4. Data Storage and Retention

• Information is securely stored in local application data and server logs located in the United States.
• We retain data only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described above, or as required by applicable laws.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. If external SDKs (such as AppsFlyer) are integrated, they may collect limited technical data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

6. International Users and GDPR Statement

Our game and services are not specifically directed toward users in the European Union and are not operated within the EU. We currently have no establishment in the EU and therefore are not required to appoint an EU representative under Article 27 of the GDPR.

7. Children's Privacy

Our game is not intended for children under the age of 9. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

8. Your Rights

Users may delete their account directly within Zombie Crisis Deluxe. Deleting an account will remove all related gameplay data from our servers. For users who sign in with Apple, deleting the account will also invalidate the associated Apple login tokens (id_token and refresh_token) stored on our systems. Please note that revoking Apple Sign In does not automatically delete your Apple ID itself.

9. Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are made, we will notify users through in-game notices or update logs. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
